Automatically sync all care appointments to your family members' calendars. Never miss an important visit again.
We're thrilled to announce one of our most requested features: Family Calendar Sync. Now every appointment in CareConnect can automatically appear in your family's personal calendars.
How It Works
Automatic Syncing When you create or update an appointment in CareConnect, it automatically syncs to the calendars of assigned family members. No more manually copying appointment details!
Supported Calendars - Google Calendar - Apple Calendar (iCal) - Microsoft Outlook - Any CalDAV-compatible calendar
Smart Notifications Calendar events include: - Provider name and specialty - Location with one-tap directions - Preparation notes - Assigned family member
Setting It Up
- 1Go to Settings → Calendar Integration
- 2Click "Connect Calendar"
- 3Choose your calendar provider
- 4Grant permission
- 5Select which appointment types to sync
Privacy First
Your calendar data stays private. We only write to your calendar—we never read your other events. Each family member controls their own calendar connection.
